Storage: The fish are kept in expanded polystyrene (EPS) boxes with flake ice to preserve the temperature around 2°C (35.6°F) during shipment.

• Polystyrene boxes: 10 kg (22 lbs); 20 kg (44 lbs)
• The boxes are either packed on euro pallets for marine freight or on PMCs for air freight.
