The Atlantic wolffish is a bottom-dwelling fish found in cold, deep waters around rocky outcroppings. It can be found at depths ranging from 50 to 150 meters off the Norwegian coast, in the North Sea, and in the Barents Sea. Because the flesh is white and solid, it is ideal for frying, roasting, boiling, and baking.
